Dji isn't randomly adding devices to a mysterious denied list so the go app won't work on them. As clearly evidenced by your observation that there is a half second delay in video it is obvious that the older outdated slower hardware isn't suited to making it a desirable tablet to use for live streaming video while flying.
DJI go wont download? Question. I have a DJI phantom 4 pro along with an iPad mini (1st generation). The iPad is running iOS 9.3.5 and the DJI app says it needs iOS 9 or higher. But it wont work.
